More about me
My career started as a lawyer at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. I then worked as a consultant for a number of years, after which I moved on to a multinational company where I held various jobs at home and abroad. I have gained a lot of experience in the field of organizational development, from the individual to total organizational transformations. Clients say about me that my way of working is surprising and different. I have – so I am told – the ability to ask slightly different questions, I also keep looking for creative ways to help you and your organization further. I would like to share all this knowledge and experience with you.

Leaders must, therefore, focus on connecting people and leveraging and motivating existing talent so that employees and organizations are better prepared for the future. This is an intensive process,  and it is important that all managers at every level in the organization are well-equipped and supported. A leadership program does not stand on its own; there is a link between the development of the individual and the development of the organization.
